This project at a Liverpool branch of the national Tex-Mex restaurant franchise consisted of a a full Category A stripout. As you can see from the on-site photos and video below, this involves taking a premises right down to it's bare bones in preperation for either a full refurbishment, remodelling or for a new business to move in and make the space their own.
