Timmins Demolition was approached when a Grade 2 Listed Building suffered a partial roof collapse as a result of adverse weather conditions. The local council got in touch along with the client when the listed structure became unstable due to bad weather.
All items from the debuild had to be taken down and ready to be reused when the building was being reinstated . We worked with the client to take the building to a safe level by reducing its height and removing unsafe items from the building.
