Timmins Demolition Services Ltd. put Health, Safety, and Training as our main priority at all times as the key to our success is our highly skilled and dedicated workforce.
Developing and maintaining our staff training and skills is paramount in achieving Health & Safety standards and the highest levels of productivity and results for ourselves as well as our clients.
With the continued development and additional training requirements needed to work on Demolition sites, Timmins Demolition services have gone above and beyond achieving this.
We are up-skilling more of our staff through NVQ’s for Plant,, Supervisor and Manager, Demolition Supervisor, and also Demolition Manager courses.
This enhances and enriches our workforce in addition to the peace of mind that our team is well capable and equipped to carry out the tasks at hand. Further positive impacts of staff development is our great staff retention rate and the level of capability whilst carrying out work on our sites.
We recognise people who are driven and dedicated. Timmins take pride in giving opportunities and access to work and development. Over the course of 2017/2018, we have up-skilled a number of our staff Demolition Supervisor and Demolition Manager.
